As the year turned and a new chapter opened, Jiangsu Simand held its 2025 annual summary and strategic planning meeting on February 7 under the theme Moving with Momentum, Uniting for the Future. The company also held the awards dinner New Journey, Strong Foundation and Prosperous Business.

The meeting was hosted by Ms. Min from Administration, with all core management members attending. General Manager Jin Hongxin reviewed the company's 2025 achievements, recognized employees' efforts and pointed out areas for improvement in operational efficiency, transformation, cost control, safety and quality.

Looking ahead, Mr. Jin noted that 2026 is the opening year of China's 15th Five-Year Plan. Simand will take this opportunity to focus on high-quality development and turn its 2026 strategy into concrete action across marketing, R&D, quality, efficiency, talent, cost and sustainability.

The meeting then held the 2026 responsibility letter ceremony. Mr. Jin, Mr. Geng from Plant 2 and Mr. Wu from the Procurement Center presented responsibility letters to leaders from Sales, the Innovation Research Institute, Procurement, Plant 1, Plant 2 and other departments.

A single responsibility letter carries great commitment. By receiving it, each department accepted the mission to overcome challenges, strive forward and build a strong force for practical execution in the new year.

As evening fell, the Simand awards dinner officially began.

The first chapter of the dinner honored the strivers. Awards for Outstanding Employees, Outstanding Internal Auditors and Outstanding Party Members were announced in turn. Company leaders presented the awards as a tribute to every employee who shines in their role.

Every round of applause praised the spirit of hard work, and every smiling photo recorded the pride of Simand people while passing on the power of role models.

In the warmth of the awards, Chairman Wu Kunyuan raised a toast and offered sincere thanks and blessings to everyone present, bringing the dinner's festive atmosphere to a high point.

Beyond honor, joy filled the evening. After a lively dance performance, the lucky draw pushed the atmosphere higher, with three rounds of prizes bringing surprise after surprise.

In addition to gift boxes and Starbucks vouchers, company leaders took turns drawing major prizes. Panasonic steamers and blenders were awarded, carrying best wishes for the company's progress and for every Simand family member's happy life and career growth.

The grand final prize was drawn by Chairman Wu and General Manager Jin. As they turned the lucky wheel together, the selected table won Panasonic air fryers for everyone seated there, doubling the joy and symbolizing unity and shared success.

After the draw, lucky representatives sang spontaneously, prompting the whole audience to join in. Singing, applause and cheers became the most moving melody of the night.
